GUIDE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION
Please register yourself on this website to create an account. Once registered, you will be able to fill out the form by clicking on the button at the end of this page.
The application closing dates are final and your application form must be accompanied with the non-refundable administration fee. Proof of payment must be submitted after the application form is completed. No applications will be considered without the proof of payment, which must be sent to [email protected]. Please use the student’s name and surname as reference when making payment.
When applying, please indicate which room type you prefer. While we will attempt to offer you your preferred choice of room, as rooms are limited we cannot guarantee this.
POST APPLICATION PROCESS
Once we receive your completed application and supporting documentation we will conduct a credit check and complete our internal administration process. We will notify you of the outcome of this within two weeks of receiving the application. Should we accept your application we will ask you to pay a residence fee deposit. This must be paid within 24 hours to ensure that your place is confirmed.
While we will confirm the type of room we can make available to you once we accept your application, we will only allocate physical rooms in early December.
APPLICATION DATES
Existing students will be given priority if they choose to extend their stay to the following year. Applications for current students open on 1 August. The applicants on the waiting list will hve a change till the end of September to register and applications for new residents open on 1 October. Existing students who have not applied by 31 August will not be guaranteed a place in the residence and will be assisted according to availability.
DISCOUNTS
Discount: 5% discount is offered if you pay the full annual residence fee by 30 December and 2% if you pay the full residence fee by 30 January.
BANK DETAILS
Our banking details will be shown on screen once you submit the application, and will again be sent via email once all the relevant parties has consented to the terms. Payment confirmations needs to be send to: [email protected]
CANCELLATIONS
Please note: Should you cancel the residence application after 30 December, you will forfeit the deposit of R5000. Cancellations received after 31 January will be held liable for the full year's residence fee.
